Storytelling is at the heart of what Taryn does.

A recent graduate of the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, she works across mediums to cut through the noise and tell stories that move.

Her experience reporting and photographing for The Straits Times, alongside coverage of Burmese refugees affected by civil war during her studies, has reinforced her belief in boots-on-the-ground reporting.

Taryn aims to produce human-centered stories, translating complex issues into grounded, real-world perspectives through multimedia reporting.
